Opening hours are spread across the week, including evenings and Saturdays, and because Kelly also works at two other clinics there is genuine flexibility if the standard times do not suit you.
Who you will see
You will see Kelly-Ann Reed, who founded the clinic and carries out every treatment personally. Kelly has been medically trained since 2007 and has focused on facial aesthetics since 2017. You are not handed off to a different person each visit, and you are not treated by someone who met your file five minutes ago.
What actually happens in a consultation
The consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We look at your skin, talk through what is bothering you, and discuss what is realistically achievable. Sometimes that means recommending a treatment. Sometimes it means suggesting you wait, start smaller, or do nothing at all for now. If a plan ends with “you still look like yourself”, we have done our job.
